The Social Program at ESWC2007 will provide researchers with the unique opportunity to combine a networking experience with enjoying one of the most beautiful regions of Europe.

This years Social Program contains a welcome reception as well as a conference dinner, which are included in the registration fee.

In addition we are going to provide optional tours for additional fee.

A Feeling for Nature – Adventure in the Tyrolean Mountains

Within only a few minutes from Innsbruck you are amidst the impressive scenery of the high mountain area surrounding the city. A cable railway takes you up to the Seegrube peak (1.905 m above sea-level) The view down into the valley and the glaciers further behind is truly spectacular - an unforgettable experience!

The Alpine Zoo

The Alpine Zoo, the highest situated zoo of Europe (727m), invites you to an eventful and exciting visit to the fauna of the alpine region.
